In november I did a total of 2101 regular push ups.
The most I did in a day was 506 ( new record) and the minimum was 30. I had an average of 70 regular push ups a day.
More push ups. Regular static maltese handstand hindu diamond planche and with handles.

The technique is this: after stretching a bit, place your arms slightly wider than shoulder width apart, and lower yourself only 3 inches. Hold this pose. Do not go too far down. Your arms should be almost (but not at) their point of complete lock-out.
This is a 100 in 100 Challenge. The idea is to capture yourself on video doing 100 push-ups within 100 seconds. There isn’t any real prize except the reward of knowing that you were able to accomplish a pretty difficult feat. I will gladly make a list of all the people who decided to accept this challenge, achieved it, and provided a link to a video on YouTube or some other Internet video service.I will not accept this challenge at this time . maybe next time around.
