TotalGym 1100 - the journey begins again

I have a Totalgym 1100 (The one Chuck Norris endorsed) which I bought 8 years ago and have used pretty much (although irregulary).
I have started to use it again and will publish my result here in this blog.

I am still doing push ups

I am still doing push ups but have been foccusing on walking running lately - however I have done at least 5 regular push ups a day.

Day 320 - more static handstand push ups

Day 320:

I have continued with static push ups and tried hard to improve my handstand and also my maltese push ups.
I have also tried to stretch properly-my longtime goal is to be able to do planche push ups - I am soon fit enough I reckon (will have to improve my abs though) to start JIsaiahE training:

Day 314:

I have recently (as posted) focused on static push ups and also started to do handstand (static)- I will eventually do handstand push ups.

Static push ups

I have recently focused on static training and especially static push ups as described in this blog.
I have found them to be really effective especially when I am doing them with handles or between chairs.

Day 273 - I am still doing daily push ups

This is day 273 and so far I have made 18799 regular push ups - I have done at least 16 regular push ups each day.

These days I am doing quite a lot of other types of training and also doing push ups variations with handles.
