I have done 251 regular push ups so far.
Totally I have now done 1504 regular push ups in December.
Below are some things that took place in the year 1504 (from wikipedia).

* Ferdinand II of Aragon becomes King of Naples as Ferdinand III.

203 regular push ups.
I did one maltese push ups that was in good form. Pretty straining - but I will continue to do them.

Day 167 so far (diamond push ups)

I have done 30 regular push ups so far.
I also have done 19 (10+9) diamond push ups - I will consider getting some gloves since my hands were slipping.
10 diamond push ups in a row is currently my personal best.

Why the name Maltese push ups

I have not been able to find out why "Maltese push ups" are called just that.
Anyone who knows?

I did a total of 102 regular push ups yesterday.

55 regular push ups. I have now a total of 14006 regular push ups since day 1 (4th of July).

Maltese push ups - definition

The Maltese push up is also known as pseudo-planche. There probably more names - do you know of any?

The definition for Maltese push ups are the following (from wikipedia):

Maltese push-ups" are a gymnastic variation of the press-up, in which the hands are positioned closer to the hips (as opposed to the pectorals), but with an extremely great distance between them.
