First I only did regular push ups but later I also started to do wide and "the frog".
Regular push ups in July:
I was pretty satisified with the shape of the curve slowly but steadily improving.

Wide push ups in July:
I started in the middle of the month and did not do them every day.

The frog in July:
I started doing them at the end of the month
